Yes, it is frustrating. Any of our services can cover issues related to credentialing as well as billing.
I think I’ll be fine on my own once I get started, but I need someone to help me get set up once I’ve chosen a software package. Can you do that?
Of course! I can do it either with you present, or on my own. Your preference. All I’ll need is access to the software system you’ve chosen.*

Absolutely! Over the years, I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t.
Will the webinars be recorded?
Yes! Live attendees will receive access to the recording at no additional cost.
Can’t make the live broadcast? No problem! Register anyway, giving you the opportunity to ask a question, and you will be sent the link for the recording automatically.
Will there be Q/A with the webinars?
Yes. I believe interactive Q/A is what adds value to webinars and have structured Your Billing Buddy’s webinars so there is plenty of time. When you register, you will be given the option to ask question(s) ahead of time.

What billing software platforms are you familiar with?
I have experience with the ones listed below. However, after many years of using different programs, I can probably help you even if your platform is not listed. There is a certain “logic” common to all platforms.
